DETAILS AND RESTRICTIONS

If you wish to participate in the training course you won, then you agree to the following:

• The prize is transferable.
• The prize has no cash value.
• The certificate expires on the dates listed on the award.
• The prize may not be combined with any other offer.
• Copies or substitutes of the award/certificate are not accepted.
• Must be 18 years of age to participate.
• Claimants must show proof of identity upon redemption of award.
• Decision of awards is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
• Courses are taught in the English language and minimum proficiency levels must be met.
• The Promoter reserves the right to alter, cancel or extend a promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The Promoter reserves the right to update and/or amend these General Rules at any time.
• Any part of these rules are regulations are void where prohibited by law.
